Use of the Ordis ordering system. You need a computer on which you will install the ordering system that we will supply to you free of charge, and Internet connection. This method brings many advantages to our customers – you can learn more here: Ordis ordering system.
Visiting the internet shop at this website. The condition is your registration and sending your trade certificate or extract from the Commercial Register and possible VAT registration.

The order must be placed by 1:00 p.m. on the day before the planned distribution. You can view the distribution schedule in the upper right corner of this page. You can enter a weekday by which you will find out the route to be travelled on that day. In the second box you can look up your town and then all the distribution days will be displayed; the third option is to search for a particular place. It may happen that you will not find your town but this need not necessarily mean that we do not attend such a place at all. Contact us in such a case at the telephone number 461 530 222 and ask for information.
The goods are transported to the customer by our own company cars and this service is provided free of charge. However, the minimum order amount of CZK 3,000 without packing and VAT must be fulfilled, unless provided otherwise.

Rules for sending goods by mail

the goods are sent by mail only exceptionally and upon prior agreement (telephone number: 461 530 222)
the minimum acceptable order value is CZK 3,000 without VAT and packing
the goods are sent only upon the payment of the pro-forma invoice – no cash on delivery
a handling fee of a minimum of CZK 100 will be added to each delivery
