• With its long-term systematic work QANTO CZ s.r.o. strives to acquire the status of a Customer-driven Company, which is the best description of our relation to the needs of the client.
• With our product range and service portfolio we are addressing tobacconist&undefined;s stores, food stores and restaurants as well as other facilities offering restaurant and hotel services. Our individualized price policy is intended to accommodate both wholesalers and retailers.

BUSINESS OBJECTIVES

• Customer – Customer satisfaction is reflected by recurrent purchases and by the fact that a "satisfied customer" becomes an objective mediating all the other objectives. We are definitely striving to ensure that everyone by whom we are addressed would know that he/she is receiving our maximum care. We provide every customer with the complete portfolio of our services and we wish that after the completion of the purchase the customers knew that they got exactly what they required. Then there will be no reason for them to contemplate where to buy next time and hence they will enlarge the number of our "satisfied customers".
• Product – Our product range consists of several thousand items but it can be classified in just a few basic groups, such as tobacco products, beverages or drugstore goods. With the policy of "narrow assortment and wide product lines" we wish to achieve specialization at the expense of generalization. If you feel together with us that "to do good things well" (Philip Kotler – Marketing Management) is a motto belonging to your life then we have chosen the right way.
• Firm – We are a private and profit making company. This makes us obliged to a more cautious business behaviour than that of many state-run or non-profit organizations and, therefore, in the area of corporate culture and corporate image we are building a reliable firm with a strong financial background that would meet the obligations to its suppliers even in the period of economic instability.

In 1998, Qanto established with its two partners the buying alliance Vonet CR, spol. s r.o., which is focused on wholesale activities with tobacco products; with its warehouses throughout the Czech Republic it ranks among the largest companies of this kind.

On 14 January 2007 Progastro, an interest group of legal entities, was founded with the aim to create a strong and reliable partner for costumers and supliers.
